Internationally acclaimed Canadian chef, author and Netflix host Dennis Prescott joins Friends of Ours as a partner, helping shape our food, events and creative direction from our home at the Magazine Building in Kensington Gardens.

Mina Nguyen
Head Chef Mina has been part of the Friends of Ours journey from our East London café to our home at Serpentine. Starting as CDP 3 years ago and now collaborating with Dennis as Head Chef. Bringing creativity, a Vietnamese influence and her own distinctive flair to the kitchen, Mina continues to shape the food and flavours at the heart of Friends of Ours.

Martina CSABAYOVA
With 20 years of hospitality experience, Martina joined Friends of Ours in July 2026. A driving force behind our next chapter, she brings a passion for developing people, strengthening the team and elevating the Friends of Ours experience.

Tim Grant
Since taking on Friends of Ours in 2023, Tim has led its evolution from its East London roots in Hoxton to a new home at the Magazine. His vision has been to grow and elevate the brand while staying true to the spirit that made Friends of Ours what it is. With more plans ahead, Dennis joins Tim in shaping its next chapter.
